1.4. EXTERIOR ELEMENTS OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS
Among the exterior elements of the 2000 Audi A3 are those made from plastic materials that contribute to the
reduction of weight in the car and prevent the corrosion attack that metal parts suffer.
These plastic parts can be repaired using appropriate technical procedures without losing their properties and their
resistance, achieving a good final aesthetic finish.
Below we present the plastic elements that are susceptible to breakage in collisions due to their location, as well as the
materials that can be used for its repair.
