The high-voltage battery has been fully integrated into the supporting body structure in the vehicle floor on the Audi e-tron GT

(type F8) using a battery frame. The battery frame increases the rigidity of the body, particularly in areas that are especially

relevant for safety (such as the high-voltage battery).
