If the situation requires a change of headlamp
beam, driver can take over at any time.
Put the lighting control stalk ring
in the "AUTO" position.
The system may suffer interference or
not work correctly:
Flashing the headlamps
again pauses the

blue, the system changes to dipped

Operation
The system is not able to detect:
Once the function is activated, the system
operates as follows:
-
road users that do not have their
own lighting, such as pedestrians,
road users whose lighting is
obscured, such as vehicles running
behind a safety barrier (on a
motorway, for example),
To reactivate the system, flash the headlamps
again.
If the ambient light level is sufficient and/or
if the traffic conditions do not allow illumination
of the main beam headlamps:
-
Depending on the
situation, one of these two
indicator lamps comes on.
-
dipped beam is maintained, this
indicator lamp comes on in the
instrument panel.
-
road users at the top or bottom of
a steep slope, on twisty roads, on
crossroads.
Switching off
In the "Driving assistance"
menu, press the button, its
indicator lamp goes off and
the the system changes to
"automatic illumination of
headlamps" mode.
If the ambient light level is very low and the
traffic conditions permit:
-
main beam comes on
automatically: this indicator lamp
comes on in the instrument panel.
