1. When you stop your vehicle, shift into Â
park (P) and switch the ignition off. Â

5. Hold the fuel pump nozzle in position Â
A when refueling. Holding the fuel Â
pump nozzle in position B can affect Â
the flow of fuel and shut off the fuel Â
pump nozzle before the fuel tank is full. Â

2. Press the button on the left side of the Â
instrument panel next to the headlamp Â
switch to open the fuel filler door. The Â
fuel filler door can take up to 15 Â
seconds to open before you can insert Â
a fuel filler nozzle. Â
3. Select the correct fuel pump nozzle for Â
your vehicle. Â

6. Operate the fuel pump nozzle within Â
the area shown. Â

7. When the pump shuts off, wait 5 Â
seconds, then raise the fuel pump Â
nozzle and slowly remove it. Â

8. Fully close the fuel filler door. Â
4. Insert the fuel pump nozzle up to the Â
first notch. Keep the fuel pump nozzle Â
resting on the fuel tank filler pipe. Â
