Seats for Your Ford Ka 2 Door Third Generation (2016-2021)

SITTING IN THE  
CORRECT POSITION  
FRONT SEATS  
WARNING  
Do not adjust the seats while  
the vehicle is moving.  
Moving the seats forwards  
or backwards

Sit in an upright position with the  
base of your spine as far back as  
possible and with the backrest  
reclined no more than 30  
degrees.

Pull up on the lever. After releasing  
the lever, rock the seat to ensure that  
the catch is securely engaged.  
Adjust the head restraints so that  
the top is level with the top of your  
head.  
Do not move the front seat too  
close to the instrument panel. The  
driver should hold the steering  
wheel in the 10 to 2 oclock’  
position with arms slightly bent.  
The legs should also be slightly  
bent so that the pedals can be  
pressed fully to the floor.  
The seat belt should cross the  
centre of the shoulder; the lap  
strap should fit tightly across the  
hips, not the stomach.

Insert the seatbelt tongues into  
the retaining slots.  
Lower the head restraints.  
Pull the release lever forwards and  
fold the seatback forwards.  
WARNING  
Always have the rear head  
restraint raised when the rear  
seat is occupied by a passenger or  
a child restraint.  
Push down or pull up the head  
restraints to adjust their height.  
Make sure that the head restraint  
engages properly when in position.  
To remove the head restraints  
completely, press the locking button  
in the bezel on both sides and pull  
the head restraint out.  
To remove the rear head restraints,  
fold the seatback forwards or open  
the tailgate first.
