Operating Conditions

when all the following conditions are sat
isfied:
Resetting cluster timer

To reset the cluster timer, do one of fol

lowing:
僅 Vehicle speed is below 3km/h (2
mph), and the gear is shifted to P
(Park)
僅 Release the accelerator pedal or
brake pedal after Vehicle Auto-Shut
Off is complete.
僅 The brake pedal and accelerator
pedal are not depressed
僅 Press the OK button on the steering
wheel while the timer appears on the
instrument cluster.
僅 The driver’s seat belt is unfastened
僅 The passenger seat is empty
WARNING
僅 The infotainment system is being
updated
Do not leave passengers or pets in the
vehicle with the engine running in hot or
cold weather. This is dangerous and can
lead to injury and death, and the air con
ditioning system will turn off when the
engine turns off.
Deactivating Conditions
Vehicle Auto-Shut Off timer turns off
when one of the situation occur:

僅 Vehicle speed is above 3 km/h (2
mph)
僅 The gear is shifted to R (Reverse), D
(Drive) or N (Neutral)
僅 The brake pedal or accelerator pedal
is depressed
僅 The driver’s seat belt is fastened
僅 A passenger is in the passenger’s seat
