The air conditioning system in your NISSAN  
vehicle is charged with a refrigerant designed  
with the environment in mind.

become deformed. The ꢃse of deformed  
casseꢁꢁes may caꢃse ꢁhe casseꢁꢁe ꢁo jam  
in ꢁhe player.  
DO noꢁ adjꢃsꢁ ꢁhe aꢃdio sysꢁem while driv-  
ing so ꢁhaꢁ full aꢁꢁenꢁion may be given ꢁo  
vehicle operaꢁion.  
The CD player someꢁimes cannoꢁ fꢃnc-  
ꢁion when ꢁhe compaꢀmenꢁ ꢁempera-  
ꢁure is exꢁremely high. Decrease ꢁhe  
ꢁemperaꢁꢃre before ꢃse.  
This refrigerant will noꢁ harm ꢁhe eaꢀh's  
ozone layer.  
The audio system operates when the ignition  
switch is in the "ACC" or "ON" position.  
Do noꢁ ꢃse casseꢁꢁes ꢁhaꢁ have labels  
which are peeling and loose. If used, ꢁhe  
label could jam in ꢁhe player.  
However it may contribute in a small part to  
global warming.  
Do noꢁ expose ꢁhe CD ꢁo direcꢁ sꢃnlighꢁ.  
Radio  
Special charging equipment and lubricant are  
required when servicing your NISSAN air condi-  
tioner. Using improper refrigerants or lubricants  
will cause severe damage to your air condition-  
ing system. See "Air conditioning system refrig-  
erant and lubricant recommendations" in the "9.  
Technical information" section of this manual.  
If a casseꢁꢁe has loose ꢁape, inseꢀ a  
pencil ꢁhrough one of ꢁhe casseꢁꢁe hꢃbs  
and rewind ꢁhe ꢁape firmly around ꢁhe  
hꢃbs. Loose ꢁape may cause ꢁape jam-  
ming and wavering sound qualiꢁy.  
CDs ꢁhaꢁ are of poor qꢃality, diꢀy,
