Opening/Closing the electric
sliding side doors
Pressing button C or D unlocks
the vehicle, then permits opening
or closing of the corresponding
rear door.
The remote control key
Locking
Press button A to lock the vehi-
cle.
Button A also locates the vehicle
and reinitialises the remote con-
trol.
Folding/Unfolding the key
Press button E to unfold or fold
the key in its case.
Deadlocking
THE KEYS
Press button A to lock the vehicle
and close the windows automati-
cally.
A second press on button A in the
five seconds following locking,
changes locking to deadlocking.
The keys allow you to switch on
the ignition and to independently
operate the front doors, the fuel
filler cap, the glove box, the pas-
senger air bag disarming switch
and the mechanical child lock.
STARTING
1 - STOP position:
the ignition is off.
2 - 1st notch, Accessories
position:
the ignition is off but the
accessories can be used.
Central locking
3 - 2nd notch, Running
position:
the ignition is on.
4 - Starting position:
operates the starter.
From the driver's or passenger
door, the keys allow you to lock,
deadlock or unlock the doors and
the tailgate and to fold back the
exterior mirrors.
If one of the doors or the boot is
open, it is impossible to operate
the central locking.
Deadlocking renders the
internal and external
door locking controls
inoperative.
Do not leave anyone inside the
vehicle when it is deadlocked.
The remote control performs
the same functions at a dis-
tance.
Unlocking/Ventilation
Press button B to unlock the vehi-
cle.
A second press on button B in
the five seconds following unlock-
ing opens the windows.
