MOBILE TELEPHONE WITH HANDS-FREE FUNCTION  
Pairing a mobile telephone  
When prompted by the telephone, enter the  
"Settings"\wait for a response\  
"Pairing".  
PIN displayed in the instrument panel.  
If the pairing has been successful, the  
system announces "Connecting".  
The name of the telephone identified  
appears in the instrument panel screen,  
pairing is confirmed.  
Pairing consists of setting your vehicle's  
Bluetooth® system to recognise your mobile  
telephone.  
For this you must activate the Bluetooth®  
function of your telephone and set its  
visibility.  
PIN  
This number, which permits  
recognition of your mobile  
telephone, is generated  
randomly by the system.  
Pressing MAIN or ESC during  
the pairing phase may cancel the  
procedure.  
It is communicated by the instrument panel  
screen and is repeated verbally by the  
system.  
This PIN is independent of your SIM card  
and your mobile's access code.  
With the ignition on, activate the  
main menu.  
If the pairing fails, an error message will  
appear; in this case, repeat the procedure.  
Select SETTINGS.  
Once your handset has been paired, there is  
no need to keep a record of this number.  
If you change your mobile telephone, you  
must repeat the pairing procedure as you  
will be given a new PIN.  
Confirm.  
Select PAIRING.  
Look for the option which displays  
the Bluetooth® system detected  
by your telephone.  
Confirm.  
When the system has been  
identified, a message appears in  
your telephone (My car, ...).

Downloading your phonebook  
Calling a contact recorded in the  
phonebook  
"CALL [Name of the person]"\  
wait until the information relating  
to the person (name, tel. n°, ...)  
appears\  
"Yes" to make the call or "No" to  
cancel.  
There are 2 options:  
Your telephone's phonebook must first be  
downloaded into the system.  
1 - Following the pairing procedure, the  
system suggests downloading your  
telephone's phonebook.  
Activate the main menu.  
Pressing conrms your agreement.  
If the person has more than one number:  
Select the number.  
Select PHONEBOOK.  
"Yes" starts the download.  
Confirm.  
Pressing declines this download.  
Confirm to make the call.  
Select the group with which  
the person to be contacted is  
associated.  
"No" declines.  
Specify "Home" or "Work", or  
"NEXT" or "PREVIOUS".  
Press OK to make the call.  
2 - You can download the phonebook later  
Confirm.  
via the menu:  
Activate the main menu.  
Select the name.  
Select SETTINGS then USER  
DATA then PHONEBOOK.  
Confirm to make the call, if the  
person has only one number.

Press and hold.  
Incoming call  
If the person is recorded in  
the phonebook, his name is  
displayed.  
By means of the voice commands only  
"Dial / Dial a number"\  
Say the number character by  
character (+, #, *), digit by  
digit (0 to 9).  
Press to accept the call.  
The system displays and  
verbally repeats the number  
recognised.  
Press and hold to decline the  
call.  
"CALL" if the number is correct.

"Cancel" to cancel dialling of the  
number.  
Press to ignore the call, however,  
the call is stored in the log of  
incoming calls.  
"Start over" to delete and start  
dialling another number.  
"Repeat" to hear the number again.  
During a call, if a second incoming call  
is received.  
Press to switch the conversation  
and place the other person on  
hold.

The "Redial" button can also be

The system will again ask "Redial

There are 2 options:  
1 - From the mobile telephone to the hands-  
free system  
With the ignition on, the recognition  
connection between the mobile telephone  
and the vehicle's audio equipment is done  
automatically.  
Confirm this recognition using the keypad on  
the mobile telephone.  
This enables you to call the number of one  
of the last 10 calls received, of one of the  
last 10 people called or of one of the last  
5 missed calls.  
Activate the main menu.  
Select CALL LIST.  
The call can then be transferred.  
Confirm.  
2 - From the hands-free system to the  
mobile telephone  
Press, the system's controls are  
still active.  
Select the number to be called.  
Confirm.  
Placing a call on hold  
Press to deactivate the  
microphone and place your  
contact on hold.  
Press again to resume the  
conversation.

Read the last text received  
Activate the main menu.  
List of text messages  
The system can hold around 20 text  
messages. If the list is full, reception of a  
new text message causes the deletion of the  
oldest text message.  
If your mobile telephone includes this  
function, every time a text message is  
received, the system produces an audible  
signal and offers to read the text message  
vocally.  
Select MESS. READER.  
To go to a specific text message:
