CRUISE CONTROL
OPENING THE BONNET
FILLING THE FUEL TANK
From inside: pull the control located
on the right, under the fascia.
Cruise control enables the vehicle to
maintain a steady speed programed
by the driver, regardless of the road
characteristics and without the driver
having to touch the accelerator or
brake pedals.
To be stored, the vehicle speed must
be higher than approximately 25 mph
(40 km/h) or 40 mph (60 km/h) (ac-
cording to engine), with at least fourth
gear engaged.
The tank must be illed with the
engine off.
F Insert the key, then turn it to the
left.
F Remove the cap.
A label indicates the type of fuel to
be used.
The capacity of the tank is
approximately 80 litres.
Operation
F Press switch A. The indicator light
Low fuel level warning light
comes on.
You can store a speed.
F Press switch A again to switch
the system off. The indicator light
is switched off.
When the warning light
comes on you have
enough fuel left to drive
approximately 30 miles
(50 km).
From outside: lift the catch, raise
the bonnet and secure the strut to
hold the bonnet open.
Do not use the cruise control on
slippery roads or in heavy trafic.
