HOME menu

Usage

The HOME menu is used for the quick start of preferred func-

tions.

The functional areas can be set and their arrangement can be

changed.

To display the menu HOME tap the symbol in infotainment.

Remove the preferred menu

To display a menu of functions, hold your ﬁnger on the selec-

ted function and move it to the position of the preferred func-

tions in the status bar.

To display edit mode, press and hold the screen with one ﬁn-

ger.

Factory settings

Resetting the Infotainment to factory defaults restores all facto-

ry defaults.

Turn on the ignition and switch on Infotainment.

The conﬁguration wizard helps to set certain Infotainment func-

tions.

Reset to factory settings select and conﬁrm the reset.

The conﬁguration wizard is automatically displayed if the ignition

is on and there are at least two non-selected menu items after

turning on the Infotainment.

Resetting to factory settings will deactivate the ŠKODA Con-

nect services. To activate this, it is necessary to restart the info-

tainment and reactivate the services.

Troubleshooting

Infotainment not responding

If the infotainment does not respond, restart it as follows:

Hold for longer than 10 s.

Wait for the restart to complete.

Restriction

For safety reasons, operation of some Infotainment functions

while driving is not possible or is restricted.

System update

The Infotainment system indicates this by means of a message

in the screen.
