Check that there is no object between the support and the
phone to be charged. If this is the case, remove the phone and
the item. Place the phone centrally on the phone symbol on
the pad again.

Check that the position of the phone to be charged has not
changed. If this is the case, remove the phone and put it back
in the centre of the phone symbol on the pad.
