Voice control works according to the principle of  
dialogue between the user and the Infotainment sys-  
tem.  
The user says a voice command. The Infotainment  
system responds or executes the voice command.  
Advanced voice control  
The vehicle's advanced voice control enables the ve-  
hicle functions to be searched and operated online.  
Keypad example  
Advanced voice control understands fluent whole  
sentences. You do not need to use set commands or  
phrases.

The advanced voice control can, for example, search  
for special destinations or dictate SMS messages if  
the connected telephone makes this possible.

Regular software updates help reduce the risk of un-  
authorised access to vehicle systems and vehicle  
functions. The following guidelines must therefore

mobile devices that contain no harmful data or

each other and thus change their order.

Overview of traffic density  
When ŠKODA online services are activated, traffic  
density information can be displayed in the form of  
the following colour scale in the route view F .  
Infotainment may give incorrect driving recommen-  
dations if the road conditions or the traffic do not  
match the navigation data. This can lead to the route  
guidance being carried out using a different route or  
proposing a change of direction in a one-way street.
