To raise the head restranint, pull it
upwards. Try to move the head
restraint to make sure that it is locked
in place.

To lower the head restraint, press the
catch and push the head restraint
down. Try to move the head restraint
after the button is released to make
sure that it is locked in place.
The upper edge of the head restraint
should be at upper head level. If this
is not possible for extremely tall
people, set to highest position, and
set to lowest position for small people.
