There is no object between the pad and the  
phone.

Do not leave any metal objects in the compart-  
ment under the phone. If there is a metallic ob-  
ject in the storage compartment, which has be-  
come hot, remove the phone and let it cool  
down in the storage compartment!  
Troubleshooting  
The phone is not charging.  
— Check that there is no object between the support  
and the phone to be charged. If this is the case,  
remove the phone and the item. Place the phone  
centrally on the phone symbol on the pad again.  
Functionality  
Wireless charging function  
— Check that the position of the phone to be charg-  
ed has not changed. If this is the case, remove the  
phone and put it back in the centre of the phone  
symbol on the pad.  
Depending on the phone type, wireless charging is  
possible at a standard or higher speed.  
The space for wireless charging is in the storage  
compartment in the front centre console.  
Insert a telephone with a maximum size of 158x83  
mm into the storage compartment.

Start the charging process  
Overview  
— Place the phone in the tray.  
— Confirm the start of the charging process in the  
Infotainment screen.  
Cup holder at the front  
If the selection on the screen is not confirmed  
within 30 s, the charging process starts auto-  
matically.  
Charging Indicator  
The charging status is indicated by a symbol in the  
status bar on the infotainment screen.

In the front holder area, a bottle can be opened with  
one hand.

— Press the bottle into the holder and unscrew the

— The phone is positioned with the screen facing  
up.
