You can send destinations and tours to the ve-  
hicle from the myAudi app ðpage 268.  
Active route guidance in the myAudi app can be  
continued on the MMI.  
Important: The MMI must be connected to the in-  
ternet ðpage 254, Audi connect.  
Enter one or more search terms in the entry  
Depending on the situation, it may be possible  
to continue an active MMI route guidance pro-  
cedure in the myAudi app to navigate you to the  
destination after you leave the vehicle.

The search engine provider displays sugges-  
tions to narrow the search.  
Press on any suitable suggestions until the de-  
sired destination is shown in the results list. If  
necessary, swipe upwards/downwards with one  
finger until the suggestions or destinations  
appear.  
Press on the desired destination . Route guid-  
ance will be started.

All services/apps may be changed, activa-  
ted/deactivated, renamed or extended with-  
out further notice.  
In some countries a different app than the  
myAudi app may be available for your vehi-

Hybrid search  
Entering a destination  
When the symbol is shown on the MMI, the  
hybrid search function is switched off.  
Searching for navigation destinations  
Applies to: vehicles with navigation system  
To switch the hybrid search function on, press  
and hold the coloured symbol.  
Various search options may be available depend-  
ing on the country and on the equipment instal-  
led in your vehicle.  
Important: The hybrid search function must be  
switched on.  
Enter one or more search terms in the entry  
You can use the results from a search engine pro-  
vider to find a navigation destination with the in-  
ternet search.

Press the desired destination in the results list.  
Route guidance will be started.  
You can use the hybrid search function to enter  
navigation destination details in any order (e.g.  
Forest Road 20 London). You can search for spe-  
cial destinations or contacts in the same way to  
help you navigate to the desired destination.

To find a special destination: Enter the name  
of the special destination.  
Select: the symbol for a special destination

destination, select: > a category (e.g. Res-

Loading the last destination  
Applies to: vehicles with navigation system  
Note  
The terms suggested by the MMI depend on  
the destinations to which you have recently  
driven.  
The destinations and tours you have most recent-  
ly used can be loaded as the new navigation des-  
tination.  
The navigation system always searches for  
the fastest route. You may be able to have  
alternative routes displayed ðpage 272.  
If the destination cannot be found, it may  
not be stored in the navigation database.  
Check the spelling of the term you searched  
for or check the search area ðpage 267.  
Whether the level of congestion is taken in-  
to account when the route is being calcula-  
ted depends on your traffic avoidance set-  
tings ðpage 277.  
As soon as you start route guidance, the destina-  
tion is automatically stored in your most recent  
destinations. The destinations you have recently  
used are indicated by the symbol.  
If you are using myAudi navigation, your recent  
destinations will be synchronised with your  
myAudi account ðpage 265.  
Calling up the last destination  
Applies to MMI: On the home screen, select  
The distances to special destinations are  
shown as the crow flies from your current  
location. The actual driving distance be-  
tween your current position and the special  
destination is updated automatically. How-  
ever, the list of special destinations is not  
sorted again.  
NAVIGATION > () > Last destinations > a des-  
tination > Start.  
On the instrument cluster, select the navigation  
tab > button > Last destinations > a desti-  
nation.  
Deleting recent destinations  
Applies to MMI: On the home screen, select

NAVIGATION > () > Last destinations > >  
one or more entries or Select all > Delete >  
(Done).  
Note  
The last tour will be deleted automatically  
from the list of recent destinations if you  
start route guidance to a new destination af-  
ter cancelling the tour.

Calling up the menu

Navigation  
Make sure that you are logged in to the vehicle  
and the myAudi app with the same myAudi ac-  
count. The received destinations and tours will  
be loaded automatically.  
To navigate to a destination: Press a destina-  
tion.  
Using a favourite as the destination  
Applies to: vehicles with navigation system  
You can call up frequently required destinations  
and your home/business address in your  
favourites.  
To delete destinations: Select > one or more  
entries or Select all > Delete > (Done).  
Important: At least one favourite must have al-  
ready been stored ðpage 272.

Important: An address must be available for a  
contact.  
Applies to MMI: On the home screen, select  
NAVIGATION > () > Contacts > a contact.  
Press on an address belonging to the contact.  
Press on a suggested address. The Details  
menu will be displayed.

If a directory contact is greyed out, an ad-  
dress has not been added for the contact.  
Navigation to geographical coordinates for  
a contact is not possible.  
The functions available depend on the vehicle’s  
equipment and the destination selected.

connect and you must have installed the myAudi
