ISOFIX child restraint systems

ISOFIX is a standardised securing system for spe-

cially designed child restraint systems.

The symbol indicates seats suitable for

attaching an ISOFIX child restraint system

in accordance with UN R44 (/ page 120).

ISOFIX child restraint systems can also be

installed on seats with i‑Size markings

(/ page 127).

Attach only ISOFIX child restraint systems that

are approved in accordance with UN R44 as per

the following ISOFIX tables.
