If it is not possible to ind 6 stations,  
the remaining memories are empty.  
If the TA trafic programme is select-  
ed, only stations broadcasting this  
type of programme are selected.  
Searching for a station occurs irst in  
"LO" sensitivity (selection of the most  
powerful transmitters) during scan-  
ning of the waveband, then in "DX"  
sensitivity (selection of the weakest  
and most distant transmitters).  
Manual storing of stations in the  
memory  
Select the station required.  
Press one of the buttons "1" to "6"  
for more than two seconds.  
Recalling stations stored in the  
memory  
For each waveband, briely press  
buttons "1" to "6" to recall the cor-  
responding station.  
To make a direct search in "DX" sen-  
sitivity, press button L or N twice.  
The sound stops then becomes audi-  
ble again, conirming that the station  
has been stored in the memory.

they serve. With regional following  
mode you can keep listening to the

tion on or off.  
Using the RDS (Radio Data  
System) function on FM  
Radio Data System allows you to  
continue listening to the same sta-  
tion, whatever frequency it is using  
for the region you are going through.  
Press the "TA" button

PTY programme, by a station that is  
part of the same network as the sta-  
tion to which you are listening.  
This service is available when you  
have selected the TA trafic informa-  
tion programme or the PTY function.  
With FM selected, press  
the "TA" button for  
two seconds to switch  
this function on or off.

The basic functions remain those of  
the audio set.  
Presentation  
Your 206 is itted with a JBL audio  
system, designed speciically for the  
passenger compartment.  
At the heart of the system, a  
240 wattmultifunctionampliier (1)  
(integrated in the subwoofer in  
the boot) independently controls  
8 high acoustic deinition speakers  
and the subwoofer.  
This system provides optimal re-  
production and distribution of the  
sound in the vehicle, both in the  
front and the rear.  
There is no need for any further ad-  
justment. However, in order to take  
full advantage of your JBL audio  
system, you are advised to set the  
AUDIO functions (BASS, TREB,  
FAD, BAL) to position "0" (zero), the  
Loudness (LOUD) to the "ON" posi-  
tion for CD mode and to the "OFF"  
position for radio mode.
