The reversing lights will light up as
soon as reverse gear is selected,
with the ignition on.

To select reverse gear
Vehicle with manual gearbox:
follow the grille drawn on knob 1
and, depending on the vehicle, pull
ring 2 up against the gear lever knob
to select reverse.
