Automatic stop and start
WARNING
The vehicle can be decelerated to a stop using the ACC and start
moving again. Control is disconnected in case of longer holding
periods.
ACC does not respond to crossing or oncoming objects.
ACC is intended primarily for use on motorways.
pACC (predictive cruise control)
pACC represents an extension of the ACC system.
To resume the regulation:
Depress the accelerator pedal.

pACC adjusts the speed according to recognized speed limits
and the route, e.g. curves, intersections or roundabouts.

The control is interrupted when the brake pedal is depressed.
WARNING
pACC does not respond to railway crossings.
Overtaking
If your vehicle changes to the fast lane and no vehicle is detec-
ted in front, ACC accelerates up to the set speed.
Speed range
Depending on the equipment, ACC allows a speed setting in the
range of 20-210 km/h.
Status display in the instrument cluster display
If control is started at a speed of less than 20 km/h, the speed is
automatically increased to 20 km/h or controlled according to
the speed of the vehicle ahead.

Distance level
When the control starts, the set speed is displayed.

The distance to the vehicle ahead can be adjusted to five differ-
ent levels.
WARNING
Maintain a minimum distance in accordance with the country-
specific legal regulations.
