Switching on and off
Remove the strip from
the door.

If any part of the strip remains in the door, seek the

head screwdriver.

If the strip prevents the door from closing freely,
do not close the door forcefully! Remove the strip,
and seek the help of a specialist garage.

may occur at certain speeds.
Usage
Turn the crank in the

appropriate direction.
Depending on the trim level, the doors can each be
equipped with a protective strip. This moves out
when opening the door and protects the central area
of the door edge from damage.
When the door closes the protective strip retracts.

What you should be mindful of

Force limiter
To reduce the risk of pinch injuries when closing the
windows, the vehicle has a force limiter.
If there is an obstacle, the window closing process is
stopped and the pane retracts by several centime-
tres.
If the obstacle prevents it from being closed for the
next 10 seconds, the closing process is interrupted
