High-voltage Qualification
Principle of maximum distribution
The prospective high-voltage technicians at the importer take part in qualification courses at the manufacturer.
After passing the final examination, the HVTs can train their colleagues at importer level to become HVTs. Then all
HVTs at the importer may train the service technicians in retail in their market to become HVTs. Each HVT from
importer to retailer is responsible for training the staff in their department to be EIPs.
The HVT at retailer level does not have authorisation to train any other person to become an HVT. 
This task is fulfilled exclusively by the importer and the manufacturer.

Due to the extensive qualification course with different vehicles and faulty high-voltage components, this
measure takes place only at the manufacturer. Due to the authorisation, this training course is not to be used
exclusively for the trainers from the importers. 
The main focus is on the tar group of product advisors from the importers.
The only prerequisite for this training course is being qualified as a high-voltage technician.
