Note A slight misting may appear on  
the internal surface of the headlight: this  
does not indicate a fault and is caused  
by low temperature and the degree  
of humidity in the air. Misting will rapidly  
disappear when the headlights are  
switched on. The presence of drops  
inside the headlights indicates

hazard warning lights switch on  
automatically as well as warning lights  
and in the instrument panel.  
The lights switch off automatically when

FRONT LIGHT CLUSTERS  
The bulbs are arranged inside the front  
light cluster fig. 78 as follows:  
A - Side lights  
B - Daytime running lights (DRL)  
C - Direction indicators  
D - Dipped/main beam headlights

HEADLIGHTS  
remove bulb C fig. 79, replace it and fit  
the bulb holder again; refit the rubber  
cover making sure it is secured  
correctly.  
To replace the bulb, proceed as follows:  
remove the rubber cover, disconnect  
the electrical connector B fig. 81 and  
detach the bulb holder clip;  
Note To change the LED side lights  
contact a Fiat Dealership.  
extract the bulb A fig. 81 A and  
replace it;

DAYTIME RUNNING  
LIGHTS (DRL)  
fit the new bulb, aligning the outlines  
of the metallic part with the grooves  
on the reflector. Refit the clip, reconnect  
the electrical connector and refit the  
cover making sure it is locked;  
Note To replace the bulbs of the front  
direction indicators, main beam  
headlights and dipped beam  
To replace a bulb, using the dedicated  
tab, turn the bulb holder A fig. 80  
anticlockwise and remove it. Extract the  
bulb holder B fig. 80 pushing it lightly  
and turning it anticlockwise, refit the  
bulb holder fitting it into its housing and  
turn it clockwise until it clicks into  
place;  
headlights, the dedicated flap can be  
accessed (see "Direction indicators")

(for versions/markets, where provided)  
To replace the bulb, remove the rubber  
cover with the dedicated tab and press  
on tabs B fig. 79, then remove the  
bulb holder;  
To replace the bulb, proceed as follows:  
steer the right/left wheel inwards  
and unscrew the locking devices A fig.

remove the bulb holder cover C fig.  
83 by turning it anticlockwise;

extract the bulb D fig. 84 pushing it  
lightly and turning it anticlockwise,  
then replace it;

To replace the bulbs proceed as  
follows:

refit the cover/bulb holder C by  
turning it clockwise until it is locked  
properly. Fit the flap B and screw in the  
locking devices A.  
undo the screw A fig. 86 and  
remove the protection template B;  
loosen the fixing screws C fig. 86  
and remove the lamp;

To replace the bulb, proceed as follows:

adjust the lens A fig. 85 to  
compress in the clip B, then pull the  
cluster outwards;  
turn the bulb holder C fig. 85  
anticlockwise, extract bulb D and  
replace it;

Refit the bulb holder C fig. 85 in the  
lens turning it anticlockwise and refit the  
unit making sure the inner clip B clicks  
into place.

it anticlockwise and disconnect the

REAR LIGHT CLUSTERS  
These contain the bulbs for the side  
lights (LED), brake lights and direction  
indicators. To replace the bulb proceed  
as follows:  
undo the screws A fig. 88 and  
disconnect the electrical connector B,  
then remove the lens unit pulling  
outwards;

release the bulb holder unclipping  
the fasteners C fig. 89;  
REVERSING LIGHT/REAR  
FOG LIGHT  
THIRD BRAKE LIGHTS  
remove the bulb to be replaced,  
pushing it lightly and turning it  
anticlockwise, then replace it;  
To replace the bulb proceed as follows:  
The reversing lights and rear fog lights  
are located in the rear bumper. For their  
replacement, contact a Fiat Dealership.  
open the luggage compartment  
and remove the rubber covers;  
refit the bulb holder, reconnect the  
electric connector, reposition the unit  
on the vehicle body and then tighten  
the fixing screws A fig. 88.  
press on the locking devices and  
remove the lens unit C fig. 90;  
disconnect the electrical connector  
and, working on the tabs D fig. 90  
extract the bulb holder and then the  
press-fitted bulb.
