The sliding sunroof will be closed with  
increased force.  
If the ATA system is armed, a visual and audible  
alarm is triggered in the following situations:

When a door is opened

When the trunk lid is opened  
Function of thhe immobilizer  
R
When the hood is opened  
The immobilizer prevents your vehicle from being  
started without the correct SmartKey.  
If the sliding sunroof is obstructed again and  
opens again slightly:

When the interior motion sensor is triggered  
(/ page 86)  
The immobilizer is automatically activated when  
the vehicle is switched oꢁ, and deactivated when  
the vehicle is switched on.

Repeat the previous step.  
The sliding sunroof will be closed again with  
increased force.

When the tow-away alarm is triggered  
(/ page 85)  
Vehicles with a panorama roof with power tilt/  
sliding panel: The sliding sunroof or the roller sun-  
blind is not operating smoothly.  
When leaving the vehicle, always take the Smart-  
Key with you and lock the vehicle. Anyone can  
start the vehicle if a valid SmartKey has been leꢀ  
inside the vehicle.  
The ATA system is armed automatically aꢀer  
approximately ten seconds in the following situa-  
tions:

Deacttivating the alarm using KEYLESS-GO

The ATA system is deactivated automatically in the
