Automatic gearbox lever  
position indicator lights  
Coolant temperature indicator  
Engine oil temperature  
indicator  
"Park" indicator light  
"Reverse" indicator light  
"Neutral" indicator light  
"Drive" indicator light  
When the needle is in zone A, the  
temperature is correct.  
When the needle is in zone C, the  
temperature is correct.  
When the needle is in zone B, the  
temperature is too high.  
When the needle is in zone D, the  
temperature is too high.  
Note: the letter S linked to the above  
indicator lights corresponds to the  
Sport operating programme.  
In cases where the coolant temper-  
ature warning light comes on, linked  
to the STOP warning light, you must  
stop immediately.  
Reduce your speed to lower the  
temperature.  
Warning: wait for the engine to cool  
down before topping up the level, if  
necessary.  
Because the cooling system is pres-  
surised, to prevent the risk of scalding,  
turn the cap two notches to allow the  
pressure to drop.  
"Manual" indicator lights  
These indicator lights correspond to  
the six manually operated gears.  
When the pressure has dropped,  
remove the cap and top up the level.  
Contact a PEUGEOT dealer.
