Rear reading lights
Activation, deactivation and the duration
of the function are set via the vehicle
settings menu on the cluster.
The function can also be activated or
deactivated by pulling the lever with the
ignition off.

The number of activated lights depends
on the surrounding light conditions.
The lighting switches off immediately
when the ignition is switched on.

Vehicle Locator Lighting
This function makes it possible to
locate the vehicle, e.g., in weak lighting
conditions, using the remote control.
The headlights come on and the turn
lights flash for ten seconds.
The following lights will additionally
switch on when the driver's door is
opened:
Battery Discharge Protection
● illumination of some switches
● cluster
● door pocket lights
To prevent discharge of the vehicle
battery when the ignition is switched
off, some interior lights are switched off
automatically after some time.
Lighting features
Centre Console Lighting
A spotlight integrated in the overhead
console illuminates the centre console
when the headlights are switched on.
Exit Lighting
The following lights are switched on if the
ignition is switched off:
Entry Lighting
Welcome lighting
● headlights
● interior lights
● centre console lighting
They will switch off automatically after a
delay.
This function works only in the dark.
Some or all of the following lights are
switched on for a short time by unlocking
the vehicle:
● headlights
● tail lights
