Opening and closing the wing doors
Opening wing doors
—Always open the left-hand wing door first until it clicks into place.
—Pull the lever on the front of the right wing door.
—Open the wing door until it clicks into place.
Disengaging the door arresters
—Open the wing doors as far as they will go.
—Press the yellow operating button to unhook the door arrester.
The yellow operating button is located on the door arrester.
Closing the wing doors
—Always swing in the right wing door first until it engages in position.
—Then swing in the left wing door until it engages in position.
—The door arrester hooks back into place automatically when the wing doors are closed.
WARNING
A wing door which is not closed properly could open suddenly while the vehicle is in motion. This could lead to
severe injuries.
● Stop as soon as possible and close the wing door.
● After closing the wing door, always check that it is properly engaged in the lock carrier.
