Setting ﬁlters

Display of messages

Press on Navigation to display the primary

page then go to the secondary page.

Press on Navigation to display the primary

page then go to the secondary page.

Select "Settings".

Select "Trafﬁc messages".

Set the "On the route", "Around", "Near

destination" ﬁlters to ﬁne-tune the list .

Select "Info option".

Press again to remove the ﬁlter.

Select:

-

"Warn of new messages",

"Speak messages",

Select the message from the list offered.

Then enter the ﬁlter radius.

Select the magnifying glasses to have the

information spoken.

Select "Conﬁrm".

TMC (Trafﬁc Message Channel) messages contain information on

trafﬁc and weather conditions, received in real time and transmitted

to the driver in the form of audible announcements and symbols on

the navigation map.

We recommend a ﬁlter radius of:

-

12 miles (20 km) in urban areas,

30 miles (50 km) on motorways.

Receiving TA messages

Main trafﬁc symbols

Red and yellow triangle: trafﬁc information, for example:

Select "Settings".

Select "Voice".

Activate / Deactivate "Trafﬁc (TA)".

Black and blue triangle: general information, for example:

The TA (Trafﬁc Announcement) function gives priority to TA alert

messages. To operate, this function needs good reception of a

radio station transmitting this type of message. When a trafﬁc report

is transmitted, the current audio source (Radio, CD, USB, ...) is

interrupted automatically to play the TA message. Normal playback

of the audio source resumes at the end of the transmission of the

message.

Diverting from a route

Press on Navigation to display the primary

page then go to the secondary page.

Select "Recalculate route". The route

will be modiﬁed in time and distance.

Select "Conﬁrm".

Select "Trafﬁc messages".

The route may be diverted following the reception of a trafﬁc

information message.

Select "Diversion".

Select the diversion distance by pressing
