- “Dualdrive” electric power steering failure (red) If the warning light
stays on, electric power steering is not available. The effort
required to steer will be greater, but it will still be possible to
steer.
- Doors not properly shut (red) The warning light switches on when one
or more doors or the tailgate are not perfectly closed. An acoustic
signal is emitted with the doors open and the car moving.
- Automatic gearbox failure/automatic gearbox oil maximum temperature
(red) The warning light on the panel starts to flash (together with a
message on the display and an acoustic signal) when a fault with the
gearbox is detected.
- Seat belts not fastened (red) The warning light on the panel switches
on together with a buzzer to indicate an incorrectly fastened driver's
side seat belt.
- EBD failure (red)(amber) Both warning lights on at the same time with
the engine running indicate an EBD system failure or that the system
is not available.
- Passenger side airbag deactivated (amber) The warning light switches
on when the front passenger's airbag is deactivated.
- ABS system failure (amber) The warning light switches on when the
system is not working correctly or is not available.
- Start&Stop system deactivation (amber) The warning light switches on
when the Start&Stop system is turned off by pressing the button on the
dashboard.
- EOBD engine management/injection system warning light (amber) If the
warning lights stays on or switches on whilst driving, it indicates
that the injection system is not operating correctly.
- DPF (particulate filter) cleaning in progress (amber) The warning light
switches on constantly to notify the customer when the DPF system
needs to eliminate the trapped pollutants (particulate) through the
regeneration process.
- Fuel reserve (amber) The warning light switches on when about
5 litres of fuel are left in the tank.
- Glow plug preheating (amber) The warning light flashes if there is a
fault in the preheating system.
- Water in diesel filter (amber) The warning light switches on when
there is water in the diesel filter.
- Car protection system fault – Fiat Code (amber) If, with the engine
running, the warning lights flashes, it means that the car is not
protected by the engine immobiliser device.
- Rear fog lights (amber) The warning light switches on when the rear
fog lights are switched on.
- General failure indication (amber) The warning light switches on in
the following cases: engine oil pressure sensor fault, water in diesel
filter, fuel cut-off switch tripped/fuel cut-off not available,
exterior lights failure, parking sensor failure.
- ESP system failure/ Hill Holder failure (yellow) The warning light
switches on to indicate an ESP/Hill Holder failure.
