For the cigarette lighter to work, the igni-  
tion switch must be in the ACC position  
or the ON position.  
WARNING - Ashtray use  
• Do not use the vehicle’s ashtrays  
as waste receptacles.  
To use the cigarette lighter, push it all the  
way into its socket. When the element  
has heated, the lighter will pop out to the  
“ready” position.  
• Putting lit cigarettes or matches  
in an ashtray with other com-  
bustible materials may cause a  
fire.  
If it is necessary to replace the cigarette  
lighter, use only a genuine HYUNDAI  
replacement.  
To clean the ashtray, the plastic recepta-  
cle should be removed by lifting the plas-  
tic ash receptacle upward and pulling it  
out.

To use a sunvisor, pull it downward.  
The power outlet is designed to provide

running.  
To use a sunvisor for a side window, pull  
it downward, unsnap it from the bracket  
(1) and swing it to the side (2).

reset the time.

To change the 12 hour format to the 24  
hour format or the 24 hour format to the  
12 hour format, press the R button until  
the display blinks.

the switch (4) and press it.  
Pressing the H button with your finger, a  
pencil or similar object will advance the  
time displayed by one hour.  
3. When you select the [TIME] mode, you  
can set the clock.Turn the switch (4) to  
change the hour or minute and press  
it.  
For example, if the R button is pressed  
while the time is 10:15 p.m., the display  
will be changed to 22:15.

Pressing the M button with your finger, a

To clear away minutes, press and release  
the R button with your finger, a pencil or  
similar object. Then the clock will be set  
precisely on the hour.  
For example, if the R button is pressed

floor mat anchors that are  
designed to securely hold the  
floor mat in place. To avoid any  
interference with pedal operation,  
HYUNDAI recommends that only  
the HYUNDAI floor mat designed  
for use in your vehicle be  
installed.  
The cargo area cover can be uprighted  
or removed.
