Getting in
QUICK REFERENCE
The vehicle automatically detects the vehi-
cle key when it is in close proximity or in
the interior.

Unlock the vehicle and then press the
button on the outer side of the tailgate.
Press and hold the button on the
vehicle key for approx. 1 sec-
ond.
Unlocking the vehicle
Depending on the setting, the doors may
also be unlocked.
Closing
Closing the tailgate manually.
Displays and control elements
Press the button on the door handle of the
driver's or front passenger door.

Unlocking
The indicator/warning lights can illuminate
in a variety of combinations and colors.
Several of the lights are checked for
proper functioning and illuminate tempora-
rily when the engine is started or the igni-
tion is switched on.
