Getting in  
Central Information Display (CID)  
Principle  
The Central Information Display (CID) com-  
bines the functions of a multitude of  
switches. These functions can be operated  
via the Controller.  
Buttons on the Controller

Exterior mirrors  
Press once: calls up the main  
menu.  
For 5-door models:  
Press twice: displays all menu  
items of the main menu.  
Call up the Communication  
menu.  
Call up the Media/Radio menu.  
Call up the destination input  
menu for navigation.

Safety switch  
Call up the CarPlay menu.  
Power windows  
Exterior mirrors  
Call up the navigation map.  
All around the selector lever  
Press once: opens the previous  
display.  
Press and hold: open the menus  
used last.  
Call up the Options menu.  
Voice control  
Activating the voice control system

Parking brake, manual or electric  
Press the button on the steering  
wheel.  
Wait for the signal tone.  
Say the command.

This icon indicates that the voice acti-  
vation system is active.  
If no other commands are available, oper-  
ate the function via the Central Information  
Display (CID).  
Ending the voice control system  
Press the button on the steering  
wheel or ›Cancel‹.

push the head restraint down.
