Automatic illumination of
headlamps
Activation
Manual "Guide-me-home" lighting
When you leave your vehicle, the side-
lamps and dipped beam headlamps
can be left on for a few seconds.
Whenthefunctionisactivated,the
indicator lamp comes on on the
5-dial instrument panel screen.
The dipped beam headlamps switch
on automatically if the light is poor and
when the windscreen wipers operate
continuously. They switch off when
the light is bright enough or the wind-
screen wipers stop.
Deactivation
Activation:
switch off the engine,
"flash" the headlamps,
get out of the vehicle and lock it.
Warning: in foggy weather or in snow,
the sunshine sensor can detect suffi-
cient light. The lighting will not come
on automatically. If necessary, you
must switch the dipped beam head-
lamps on manually.
When the function is deactivated,
theindicatorlampcomesononthe
5-dial instrument panel screen.
If the sunshine/brightness sensor
does not function correctly, the
sidelamps and dipped beam headlam-
ps come on.
Automatic "Guide-me-home"
lighting
When you leave your vehicle with
the automatic illumination of head-
lamps activated, the sidelamps and
dipped beam headlamps remain on
for the duration selected after the igni-
tion is switched off.
To deactivate or activate the
function, use the "Persona-
lisation - configuration"
menu on your multifunction
screen.
Consult a PEUGEOT dealer.
To deactivate or activate the
"Automatic guide-me-home
lighting" function, use the
"Personalisation - confi-
guration" menu on your
multifunction screen.
For safety reasons, activation/
deactivation of the "Automatic
illumination of headlampss"
function via the menu must be
carried out when stationary.
Do not cover the sunshine/
brightness sensor, located in
the centre of the windscreen.
It is used to regulate the air
conditioning and for the automatic il-
lumination of headlamps.
The duration of the lighting
can be set via the "Person-
alisation
- configuration"
menu of your multifunction
screen.
