ADJUSTMENT
On vehicles which are equipped with day-
time running lamps, the dipped beam head-
lamps come on when the vehicle is started.
This indicator lamp comes on on
the instrument panel screen.
The instruments and controls
(multifunction screen, air con-
ditioning control panel...) are
only lit on switching to the
automatic illumination of headlamps
mode or when the lighting is switched
on manually.
For vehicles fitted with halogen bulbs,
depending on the load in your vehicle,
adjusting the beam of your headlamps
is recommended.

When stationary with the ignition
on, the system automatically corrects
the height of the beam, whatever the
load of the vehicle. The driver is then
assured of having optimum lighting
and not causing a nuisance to other
road users.

Initial setting is position 0.
In cases of malfunction, the
warning lamp comes on on the
instrument panel screen, ac-
companied by an audible sig-
nal and a message on the multifunction
screen. The system places your head-
lamps to the low position.
Do not touch the xenon bulbs. Consult
a PEUGEOT dealer.
