Your user account is protected by your personal password and your S-PIN. The password and S-PIN can be changed using the app or

online via myVolkswagen.

You can protect your user profile to prevent undesired changes being made to the vehicle and privacy settings by activating the S-PIN.

Login is then possible only after entering the S-PIN. If you protect your user profile by means of an S-PIN, you must enter your S-PIN

each time before starting a journey.
