duce the volume before changing or connecting

Certification may be conditional upon the use of the  
latest update to the particular SmartLink application.

The personalisation service allows Infotainment set-  
tings to be set and saved.  
The following conditions must be met for the instal-  
lation of the new applications:  
The personalisation service is connected to the user  
accounts. Any change to the set personalised func-  
tions is automatically stored in the active user ac-  
count.  
The vehicle has an internet connection.  
The VW Play Apps function is available.  
The user is registered and has logged into VW  
Play Apps.
