2.4. MECHANICAL SETS
This section analyzes the mechanical sets that can be affected in collisions. Sometimes it is necessary
carry out the disassembly of them to effect the repair and/or replacement of the vehicle's body elements.
2.4.1. Radiator-condenser set

The radiator and the condenser are closely joined, allowing for their disassembly as indicated below.

Uncouple the air conditioning pipe from the condenser

and the thermostat (fixed by 2 connectors).

Download the gas from the air conditioner.
Remove the lower engine protective tray (fixed-

Dismantle the fascia (secured by 11 screws on the right and

Uncouple the lock cable from the trunk.

Disconnect electrical harness.
Remove the front fascia assembly.

Remove the lower side protection trays (fi-
jaws for 2 staples and 1 screw each.
Drain the antifreeze.
For assembly, follow the previous steps in reverse order.
