COPYING A CD/CD mP3 ONTO THE HARD DISC (1/2)  
HOW TO COPY A CD ONTO JUKEBOX SOURCE ?  
ꢀ Insert a CD/CD mP3 into the reader of your NaviDrive.

In the Audio menu:  
ꢀ Rotate the control to select the menu A  
ꢀ Press on the control to validate.

Once the CD is inserted, you can press directly on the control to access the contextual  
menu to copy the CD.  
If you wish to copy:  
ꢀ the whole of the CD Rotate the control to select B  
ꢀ several tracks, rotate the control to select C  
ꢀ the current album (CD mP3 only), rotate the control to select D  
ꢀ the track being listened to, rotate the control to select E

ꢀ Press on the control to validate.  
If you select option C:  
ꢀ Rotate the control to select the context containing the list of tracks on the CD.  
ꢀ Press on the control to validate.  
ꢀ Rotate the control to select a track.  
ꢀ Press on the control to select the track.  
Once all the desired tracks have been selected, press on button ESC to exit from the context.  
ꢀ Rotate the control to select OK.  
ꢀ Press on the control to validate.  
Jukebox source gives you the chance to:  
ꢀ create a personalised album F  
ꢀ to create an album by default G

If you select option E, you have to name the album.  
ꢀ Rotate the control to select the letters that make up the name of the album.  
ꢀ Press on the control to validate each letter.

You can select upper case, lower case or special characters by selecting the G  
option.

ꢀ Select the H option to correct the entry.  
If you copy a CD MP3 or *2 CDs containing CD text information, the names of the  
albums and tracks will be retained. The names of the ID3 Tags is retained and used  
if a CD MP3 is copied.  
Once the entry is completed, rotate the control to select OK.  
ꢀ Press on the control to validate. A warning about illegal copying of music is displayed.  
ꢀ Press on the control to accept.  
Copying is started.  
Jukebox source copies the CDs in 4x.  
For example: a CD of 1 hour will be copied in 15 minutes.  
During copying, the CD cannot be played back. Playback is again possible during  
compression. The other Audio sources remain available at any time.  
If you copy a CD that is not in MP3 format, Jukebox source will itself compress the CD  
once the copying is completed. The compression rate in MP3 can be parametered (see  
Audio menu - Jukebox configuration). The compression time is added to the time taken  
by your system to copy the CD. (the copying time will be multiplied by 2).  
An alert tells you that the copying of the CD is finished.  
If it is not a CD mP3, Jukebox source compresses the CD automatically.  
An alert tells you that the compressing of the CD is finished.  
At any time, you can stop the copying of the CD/CD MP3 by accessing the Audio main  
menu. The compression cannot be stopped. Stopping copying of CDs/CD MP3 does  
not delete the files already transferred onto the hard disc of Jukebox source.  
Musical work is protected by law. It can only be copied in the context of private use and distribution, for commercial reasons. Any  
copying contrevening these conditions is an act of counterfeit, punishable by law.

CREATING A PLAYLIST

In the Audio menu:  
ꢀ Rotate the control to select the menu A

ꢀ Press on the control to validate.  
ꢀ Rotate the control to select an empty Playlist.  
ꢀ Press on the control to validate.

ꢀ Rotate the control to select B  
ꢀ Press on the control to validate.  
ꢀ Rotate the control to select an album.  
ꢀ Press on the control to validate.  
ꢀ Rotate the control to select tracks.  
The order of selection of the albums and tracks determines their order in the Playlist.  
ꢀ Press on the control to enter.

Once the selection is completed:  
ꢀ Rotate the control to select OK.  
ꢀ Press on the control to validate.  
Select the option C to rename the tracks of the album.  
ꢀ Repeat the operation until your Playlist is completed.  
You cannot copy Playlists (files Winamp or .M3U) onto the Jukebox source. You have to create Playlists directly on the Jukebox  
source.

PLAYING BACK AN ALBum / A PLAYLIST  
HOW TO PLAY BACK AN ALBUM IN JUKEBOX SOURCE ?  
ꢀ Press several times on button SOuRCE until you obtain Jukebox source.

Playback starts automatically on the last album played.  
To select another album, press on the buttons on the panel. You can also use the control on the steer-  
ing wheel.  
To select an album in Jukebox source from a list, press on button LIST. A window  
opens on a list of all the albums in Jukebox source.  
ꢀ Rotate the control to select an initial track.  
ꢀ Press on the control to validate.  
Playback of the album commences automatically.  
HOW TO PLAY BACK A PLAYLIST ?  
In the Audio menu:  
ꢀ Rotate the control to select the menu A  
ꢀ Press on the control to validate.  
A
ꢀ Rotate the control to select a Playlist.  
ꢀ Press on the control to validate.  
ꢀ Rotate the control to select OK.  
ꢀ Press on the control to validate.  
Playback of the Playlist commences automatically.  
To stop playback of a Playlist, press on the control to access the contextual menu.
