Model with xenon lights and  
directional headlamps  
CHANGING A BULB  
In certain climatic conditions (low  
temperature, humidity), the presꢀ  
ence of condensation on the inꢀ  
side of the headlamp and light  
glass is normal; it disappears a few  
minutes after the lights are switched  
on.

Procedure for replacing a faulty bulb  
with a new bulb without the use of  
tools.  
Front lights  
Model with halogen lights

Handle the bulbs using a dry  
cloth.  
The headlamps are fitted with poly-  
carbonate lenses, coated with a  
protective varnish:  
do not clean them with a dry  
or abrasive cloth or using a  
detergent or solvent product,  
1. Direction indicators  
(PY 21 W SV silver).  
2. Dipped/main beam headlamps  
(D1S ꢀ 35 W).  
3. Additional main beam headlamps  
(H1 ꢀ 55 W).  
4. Daytime*/side lights (P21/5 W).  
5. Fog lamps (H8 ꢀ 35 W).  
use a sponge and soapy water,  
when using a high pressure  
washer on stubborn dirt, do  
not spend too long on the  
headlamps, lights and their  
surrounds to avoid damaging  
their varnish and their seals.  
1. Direction indicators  
(PY 21 W amber).  
2. Dipped headlamps (H7 ꢀ 55 W).  
3. Main beam headlamps  
(H1 ꢀ 55 W).  
4. Daytime*/side lights (P21/5 W).  
5. Fog lamps (H8 ꢀ 35 W).

Risk of electrocution  
Xenon bulbs (D1S - 35 W) must be  
replaced by a PEUGEOT dealer.

Changing direction indicator bulbs  
Changing main beam headlamp

Remove the protective plastic cover  
by pulling on the tab.  
Disconnect the bulb connector.  
Compress the springs to release the  
bulb.  
Remove the bulb and change it  
To refit, carry out these operations in re-  
verse order.  
Changing dipped headlamp bulbs  
Remove the protective plastic cover  
by pulling on the tab.  
Disconnect the bulb connector.  
Compress the springs to release the  
bulb.  
Extract the bulb and change it.  
To refit, carry out these operations in re-  
verse order.  
Turn the bulb holder a quarter of a  
turn and extract it.  
Pull the bulb and change it.  
To refit, carry out these operations in re-  
verse order.

Amber or silver coloured bulbs,  
Changing daytime/side light bulbs  
Remove the protective plastic cover  
by pulling on the tab.  
Disconnect the bulb connector.  
such as the direction indicators,  
must be replaced with bulbs of  
identical specifications and colour.  
Turn the bulb holder a quarter of a  
turn and extract it.  
Pull the bulb and change it.  
To refit, carry out these operations in re-  
verse order.

When refitting, close the plastic  
cover carefully to guarantee the  
sealing of the headlamp.

Changing integrated direction  
indicator side repeaters  
Changing fog lamp bulbs  
Turn the wheel fully towards the  
inside for easy access to the flap.  
Open the access flap, located in the  
wheelarch.  
Disconnect the bulb holder connector.  
Turn the bulb holder a quarter of a  
turn and extract it.  
Pull the bulb and change it.  
To refit, carry out these operations in re-  
verse order.  
Insert a screwdriver towards the  
centre of the repeater between the  
repeater and the base of the mirror.  
Tilt the screwdriver to extract the  
repeater and remove it.  
Disconnect the repeater connector.  
To refit, carry out these operations in re-  
verse order.  
Contact a PEUGEOT dealer to obtain  
replacement repeaters.

Changing bulbs  
These five bulbs are changed from out-  
side the boot:  
Rear lights  
on the right-hand side; remove the  
access flap,  
on the left-hand side; turn the fixing  
bolt a quarter of a turn and remove  
the storage box cover,  
unclip the storage box,  
remove the two light fixing nuts,  
extract the light carefully from the  
outside,  
disconnect the light connector,  
1. Brake/side lights (P21/5 W).  
2. Side lights (P21/5 W).  
3. Fog lamp, leftꢀhand side  
(P21 W).  
Reversing light, rightꢀhand side  
(P21 W).  
4. Direction indicators (P21 W).  
press the four tabs and remove the  
bulb holder,  
turn the bulb a quarter of a turn and  
change it.  
To refit, carry out these operations in re-  
verse order.

If the vehicle is fitted with the JBL  
audio system, on the right-hand  
side, first remove the three fixing  
bolts, then move the box.

Changing third brake light bulbs  
(4 bulbs W 5 W)  
Changing the number plate light  
bulbs (W 5 W)  
Unclip the tailgate upper trim from Insert a thin screwdriver into one of  
left to right. the outer holes of the lens.  
Unscrew the two light fixing nuts A. Push it outwards to unclip.  
Unclip the light’s central pin.  
Extract the light from the outside.  
Remove the lens.  
Pull the bulb and change it.  
Disconnectthebulbholderconnector  
and the wash-wipe pipe.  
Unclip the bulb holder from the light  
by pressing on the two tabs B.  
Pull the bulb and change it.  
To refit, carry out these operations in re-  
verse order.  
Do not apply force to the light when  
tightening the nuts.

Changing bulbs  
These five bulbs are changed from out-  
side the boot:  
Rear lights  
open the boot,  
unscrew the two light fixing bolts,  
extract the light carefully pulling  
it from the bottom and pivoting it  
towards the outside,  
unclip the light connector,  
separate the five tabs and remove  
the bulb holder,  
turn the bulb a quarter of a turn and  
change it.  
1. Brake/side lights (P21/5 W).  
2. Side lights (P21/5 W).  
3. Fog lamp, leftꢀhand side (P21 W)  
Reversing light, rightꢀhand side  
(P21 W).  
4. Direction indicators (P21 W)  
To refit, carry out these operations in re-  
verse order.  
Take care to engage the light in its guides  
keeping it in line with the vehicle.

Changing the number plate light  
bulbs (W 5 W)  
Changing the third brake light  
(SW ꢀ 4 bulbs W 5 W)  
Changing the third brake light  
(SW ꢀ diodes)  
On the versions with opening rear  
screen, for the replacement of this type  
of diode light, contact a PEUGEOT  
dealer.  
Insert a thin screwdriver into one of Remove the two light fixing nuts A.

Take out the light from the outside.
