Driver assistance system  
Smart Cruise Control (SCC)  
Driving Assist button to turn off Cruise  
Control. However, Manual Speed Limit  
Assist will turn on.  
Smart Cruise Control (SCC) (if

Smart Cruise Control is designed to  
detect the vehicle ahead and help main  
tain the desired speed and minimum  
distance with the vehicle ahead.

WARNING  
Take the following precautions when  
using Cruise Control:  
僅 Always set the vehicle speed under  
the speed limit in your country.  
Overtaking Acceleration Assist  
While Smart Cruise Control is operating,  
if the function judges that the driver is  
determined to overtake the vehicle in  
front, acceleration will be assisted.  
僅 Keep Cruise Control off when the  
function is not in use, to avoid inad  
vertently setting a speed. Check that  
the Cruise ( ) indicator is off.

僅 Cruise Control does not substitute for  
proper and safe driving. It is the
