Practical advice -> FRONT LIGHTS: changing bulbs for Your Dacia Sandero 4 Door Third Generation (2021-2026)

FRONT LIGHTS: changing bulbs (1/5)

The following bulbs can be replaced.  
However, we would advise you to have  
them replaced by an approved dealer if  
it proves difficult.  
Direction indicator lights 2  
Turn the bulb holder 5 a quarter of a turn  
and take out the bulb.  
Daytime running lights/  
side lights, main beam  
headlights 3  
Remove cover B.  
Bulb type: PY21W.  
Unclip the connector 6, remove the as-  
sembly from its housing and take out  
the bulb.  
Dipped beam headlights 1  
Remove cover A.  
Unclip the connector 4, remove the as-  
sembly from its housing and take out  
the bulb.  
Bulb type: H15.  
Do not touch the bulb glass. Hold it  
by its base.  
Type of bulb: H7.  
After replacing the bulb, please ensure  
that the lights are adjusted by a profes-  
sional.  
The bulbs are under pres-  
sure and can break when  
replaced.  
Risk of injury.

FRONT LIGHTS: changing bulbs (2/5)  
It is essential to use anti-U.V. 55/15W  
bulbs so as not to damage the plastic  
on the headlights.  
Mark the bulb’s position before removal  
to ensure correct positioning when re-  
placing.  
When the bulb has been changed,  
make sure you refit the cover correctly.  
To comply with current legislation, or  
as a precaution, you can obtain an  
emergency kit from your approved  
dealer containing a set of spare  
bulbs and fuses.  
Please note when work-  
ing close to the engine that  
it may be hot. The engine  
cooling fan may also start  
Any operation on (or mod-  
ification to) the electrical  
system must be performed  
by an approved Dealer  
since an incorrect connection might  
damage the electrical equipment  
(harness, components and in par-  
ticular the alternator). In addition,  
your Dealer has all the parts re-  
quired for fitting these units.

assembly from its housing and take out  
the bulb.

side lights 7  
Consult an approved dealer

Remove cover D.  
Unclip the connector 12, remove the as-  
sembly from its housing and take out  
the bulb.  
Bulb type: H7.  
Do not touch the bulb glass. Hold it  
by its base.

turn and take out the bulb.
