—Insert the ventilation grille into the window seal starting at the front→ Fig. 2
and then moving to the rear

—Place the ventilation grille flat on the window.
—Carefully close the window until the ventilation grille comes into contact with the upper window seal.→
Removing the ventilation grille
—Open the window.
—Detach the ventilation grille from the window.
—Close the window.
—Fold up the ventilation grille.
—Stow the ventilation grille safely in the luggage compartment.
WARNING
Covered windows can impair visibility and driving safety. This can cause accidents and serious injuries.
● Only drive when you have sufficient visibility through all windows.
● Remove all ventilation grilles before starting your journey.
WARNING
Careless or unsupervised use of the electric windows can cause serious injuries.
● The electric windows should only be opened or closed when you are sure that nobody is in their operating area.
Opaque shades
Some opaque shades can be attached to the window frame using magnets. There is a specially shaped shade for

every window → Fig. 1
. The complete vehicle interior is effectively and fully screened when these are used in
conjunction with the stowage pockets attached to the rear side windows.
