Display the FM and DAB station list.

Display the frequency band for selecting the FM frequency manually.

This is only possible when the combined station list is switched off.

No DAB reception.

The DAB station supports Slideshow.

Slideshow is not available for the DAB station.

Symbols in Internet Radio mode

Open full-text search.

No Internet Radio reception.

Display the last Internet Radio station listened to.

Display the 100 most-heard Internet Radio stations.

Display available Internet Radio podcasts.

Display Internet Radio stations from the desired country.

Display Internet radio stations that broadcast their programmes in the desired language.

Display Internet radio stations whose programmes belong to the desired genre.

Display the station selection.

Selecting a frequency band

Before selecting a station, you first need to select a frequency band or reception mode. Different stations are

available depending on the selected frequency band or reception mode.

The available frequency bands and reception modes vary according to the equipment and country.

1. Touch Source to open the list of frequency bands and reception modes.

2. Select frequency band or reception mode:

—AM.

—FM/DAB.

—FM.

—DAB.

—Internet Radio.

—SiriusXM.

Searching for and selecting a station

You can select radio stations in various ways. The options available depend on the frequency band and reception

mode.

Selecting via frequency band(AM and FM)

1. Display the frequency band.

2. Touch the cursor, move on the frequency band and release at the desired frequency.

OR: touch a point on the frequency band. The cursor will automatically go to the relevant frequency.

The station is set at that particular frequency.

Selecting from station list(AM and FM/DAB)

The station list shows the currently available stations. Depending on the equipment, you may have to update the

station list manually if you left the area after the station list was last accessed. The station list is usually updated

automatically in the FM/DAB frequency band.

1. Open the station list.

2. Touch the required station.

The selected station is set. For FM/DAB, the best reception mode is automatically selected according to the

availability of the station.

Searching for and filtering stations(Internet Radio)

In Internet Radio mode, you can filter stations by category or use a full-text search to find stations.

1. Open the station selection.

2. Select the category according to which the stations should be filtered.

OR: touch to start the full-text search. The input line is displayed.

3. Enter the name of the required station or your preferred category.

The list of stations found is automatically updated as you type.

4. Touch the required station.

The selected station is set.

SCAN Searching in SCAN mode(AM and FM/DAB)

In SCAN mode, the stations of the frequency band are automatically set successively and played for around 5 seconds

in each case.

1. Touch SCAN to start SCAN mode.

SCAN mode starts and the station currently set is shown in the display. ASCAN function button is displayed

next to it.

2. To select a station, touchSCAN.

SCAN mode stops and the station is set.

Storing stations to station buttons

You can store up to 36 stations from different frequency bands and reception modes on station buttons as favourites.

1. Set the required station.

2. Call up the station buttons.

3. Touch

OR: Tap a pre-assigned station button and hold for around three seconds.

OR: Tap and hold the station in the station list. The station buttons are displayed.

4. Touch the station button.

The station is stored to the selected station button.

If a station has already been stored to the station button, that station will be removed from the station button and

replaced by the new station.

Online functions in radio mode

Depending on the equipment and country, the Infotainment system may have online functions in radio mode.

The online functions in radio mode include, for example, Internet Radio.

What you need in order to use online functions in radio mode:

✓ We Connect or We Connect Plus is available in the vehicle.

✓ You have an active We Connect user account.

✓ The vehicle is assigned to your user account.

✓ You have purchased a corresponding data plan for an Internet connection from theIn-Car-Shop or you have a data

package on the SIM card of your mobile device and it is connected to your vehicle via a Wi-Fi hotspot.

✓ For streaming services, you need to have an existing account with the respective provider.
