Managing vehicles
After you have set up yourVolkswagen ID and thus created your user account, you must add your vehicle by
entering the 17-character vehicle identification number (VIN).
Adding via myVolkswagen
1. In the myVolkswagen customer area, click onMy vehicles Add vehicle.
2. Enter and confirm the vehicle identification number (VIN
).
Adding a first vehicle via app
1. Launch the app and then open theAdd vehicle area.
2. Enter or scan the VIN
and confirm.
Adding additional vehicle via app
1. Launch the app and then open theMy vehicles area.
2. Select the vehicle and tap .
Removing a vehicle via the app
1. Launch the app and then open theMy vehicles area.
2. Tap Delete vehicle.
