✓ The compatibility and performance of the hardware available in the vehicle is sufficient for the function.
✓ You have a validWe Connect contract with Volkswagen AG.
✓ The vehicle is assigned to yourWe Connect user account.
✓ There is sufficient mobile reception in the vehicle’s current location.
✓ The electrical system in the vehicle is functional.
✓ The vehicle battery has a sufficient charge level.
✓ The vehicle has a factory-fitted online connectivity unit(OCU) or, in some countries, the VolkswagenWe Connect
control unit.
