Setting Up Volkswagen ID

Volkswagen ID offers personal access to Volkswagen's digital world. The Volkswagen ID enables users to log in to

Volkswagen's apps and websites.

To use the services, you will need aVolkswagen ID. You can register withVolkswagen ID via myVolkswagen or the

Volkswagen app (hereafter referred to as "app").

Registration via myVolkswagen

2. Create a Volkswagen user account in theLog in or register area.

3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

1. Install the app.

Changing and Deleting Volkswagen ID User Data

You can change or delete your user data or login details. Any changes to your login details will also apply to all

other Volkswagen systems that use Volkswagen ID at the same time.

Changing User Data via myVolkswagen

1. In the myVolkswagen customer area, openProfile & settingsand open one of the following areas:

—Volkswagen ID.

—Privacy settings and consent.

2. Click Volkswagen ID Change details.

3. Change and save user data.

4. Adjust and save information in thePrivacy settings and consent area as needed.

Deleting User Data via myVolkswagen

1. In the myVolkswagen customer area, click Profile & settings Volkswagen ID Delete data.

Your data will be deleted. YourVolkswagen ID will not be deleted.
